Chicken Stock Gravy

I’m baaack!
I spent my Labor Day weekend in Las Vegas for one of my good friends’ Bachelorette party. We had a great time catching some shows, eating good food, hanging out at the pool, sightseeing, shopping and dancing the night away.
Though we had lots of fun, it sure is good to be back and sleep in my own cozy bed. I’m still trying to catch up on my sleep. It’s a 3 hour time difference between here and there so I think I am still trying to get back into the routine of things.

Today I have a quick and easy gravy made from chicken stock. It’s the perfect way to finish off the Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Italian Chicken I posted last week.
